All three sizes have the same 2.75" (7cm) opening. What changes between them is height — how far up the leg the cup reaches and cleans. So choose by your dog's leg length, not by paw width.

  • Small — 11cm / 4.3" tall · Chihuahua, Dachshund, Yorkie, Pomeranian, toy breeds, cats
  • Medium — 13.5cm / 5.3" tall · Beagle, Cocker Spaniel, French Bulldog, Border Collie
  • Large — 15cm / 5.9" tall · Labrador, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, Husky

Measure before you buy. The opening is 2.75 inches across on every size, including Large. Spread your dog's paw and measure it at its widest. If it's wider than 2.75 inches, this cup won't be comfortable for them — and we'd much rather tell you that now than have you post it back to us.

Questions we get asked

Will my dog hate it? Most dogs settle after two or three uses. Start with a paw they'll give you willingly, keep it short, and reward after. The bristles are soft silicone, not brushes.

Does it get paws fully clean? It lifts wet mud and loose dirt, which is the everyday problem. Caked-on dried mud may need a second pass with fresh water.

Do I need soap? No. Plain water is enough, and it's safer for paw pads.

Can I use it on a cat? Yes, at the small size — though results depend entirely on the cat's opinion.

How do I clean it? Pour out the dirty water, pull the insert, rinse both parts. Air dry.

Returns

30 days from delivery. If it doesn't work for your dog, email support@getwithapex.store and we'll refund you — you don't need to fight your dog to prove a point.
